I loved the place due to very good location and amenities.

The place is clean, the room is ideal, the staff is genuinely helpful.

It was a comfortable stay. The facilities were great and easy to use.

It was fairly clean with very good customer service. Lovely room, comfy bed and decent sized bathroom. Central location, attentive staff.

Big and clean hotel, location was awesome close enough to Bart & cable car and Union Square and the shops and restaurants. Property offered plenty of meals for continental breakfast. Wake up calls and ironing were available for free too.

It was fairly clean and the staff were knowledgeable, beds were comfortable. Its location relatively close to Nob Hill was easy.

Ideal base for discovering San Francisco with especially helpful staff with a staff member that was n't overly helpful or sympathetic. Best possible location, easy walk to Year Up.

Staff and location are simply exceptional. It's found in a safe area, just walking distance from many landmarks of San Francisco.

Everything was good, really enjoyed our really comfortable stay. The room was welcoming, with a view. An amazing bar on site. Early check-in.

I enjoyed that hotel's lobby was fine. I slept so comfy in the perfect bed. The warm drinks in Irish bar where very welcome. I could park the car nearby. Very comfortable overall experience.

functional room, marvellous location & excellent breakfast. our room had a good bed and a sweeping view. a bath was modern and everything was nice. friendly check in and in general friendly service.

Brilliant view, POLITE service, quiet beds. The continental breakfast had lots of options for all tastes. I appreciated a nice decor and dark furniture.

My favorite property in San Francisco. The best location, impeccably clean venue, very engaging staff. Extensive breakfast, EXCELLENT service. Bed was great, I loved top-notch room. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was fairly basic. Not to mention complimentary wifi!

Great views and location and all in all its deluxe hotel. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. It's at a medium distance from Powell Street metro station, truly enjoyed that, easily travelled around the city. Room had a huge variety of facilities, including a personal safe, an iron and a study table.

nice place to stay while in san francisco. there is a modern lobby to relax in. easy to go to the airport, which is 25 km away. comforts of guest room were fabulous - an electronic key card, a satellite tv and a writing table. moreover, free wi fi was pretty good.

so glad we choose it, it's superb base for staying in san francisco. the location is convenient because it's really close to everything.

We enjoyed our time here. City view was worthy. Thanks again to maid, you rock! Powell Street subway station is at a medium distance from the property.
